How do I measure and add cutouts?

For 'Offset Left', measure from the left edge to the cutout edge.

For 'Offset Right' measure from the bottom edge to the cutout edge as in the diagram below.

If you require shapes to be cut from your items, you can configure this just by using the product builder on your selected material on our website. After selecting your shape (rectangle or circle) insert the dimensions of the hole to be cut, and its position (measured from the sides of the piece to the sides of the cutout - not the centre for circles). 

To align the cutout, use the 'Alignment' option for centre placement, or click 'custom' to add offset left and offset bottom measurements in mm.

For more complex cutouts, you will need to provide a diagram with clearly marked dimensions, or a 'cut-ready file'. Choose 'Uploads' for cutouts and select how many cutouts are needed, and then add your file.
