How do I measure for hinge holes?

For a top hinge hole:

Measure from the top of the door to the centre of the current hinge hole in your old door.

For a bottom hinge hole:

Measure from the bottom of the door to the centre of the hinge hole in your old door.

For a left hinge hole:

Measure from the left edge of the door to the centre of the hinge hole in your old door.

For a right hinge hole:

Measure from the right edge of the door to the centre of the hinge hole in your old door.

You do not need to measure from the side edge of the doors, as this measurement is consistently standardized at 22.5mm to the center of the hole.
