Is there a small order fee?

To allow us to continue to provide a fast and efficient service, we have a minimum order value that varies depending on the size of the order (quantity of items) and the courier required to deliver it to you. We take pride in offering custom-cut materials made to your exact specifications, whether your order is large or small. Each order goes through the same processes, including precise machinery setup, material handling, and careful packaging, ensuring you receive the highest quality products. For smaller orders, the costs of these processes can sometimes outweigh the value of the product itself. By applying a small order fee, we can cover these operational costs while maintaining our high standards of service and craftsmanship.

For a small sized order (Less than 700x700mm or longest side <1300mm), the minimum order value is £25.00. So, if your items equate to £15.00, you will be charged an extra £10.00.

For a large order (anything larger than the above size), the minimum order value is £40.00. Please note the delivery cost will be added on top of either of the above prices. 

For collection orders, the minimum order value is £25.00, no matter the size of the items. 

All minimum order values will be shown at checkout before you pay.
