Delivery Limitations

While we do our best to deliver to as many locations as possible, there are a small number of occasions where we may not be able to fulfil an order.

This is usually due to one of the following reasons:

  • The items are too large for our third-party couriers to handle safely.
  • The delivery address falls outside the delivery zone covered by our internal couriers.
  • The total weight of the order makes it unsuitable for safe transport without risk of damage.

Although our website outlines postcode, size, and weight restrictions, there may be rare occasions when our Logistics Manager identifies an order that cannot be safely delivered or falls outside our delivery radius.

All large orders are reviewed by our Delivery Logistics Manager to determine the most suitable delivery method — whether that’s using our internal couriers (who operate larger vehicles) or our trusted third-party couriers who cover a wider area of the UK.

If we find that we’re unable to fulfil your order, it will be placed on hold while we contact you to discuss the available options.
You’ll be given the choice to:

  • Arrange a collection from our workshop,
  • Adjust your order to reduce its size or weight, or
  • Receive a full refund.

For more information on location and size restrictions, please see our Delivery Policy page.
