You are more than welcome to come and pick up your order from us at no extra cost to you. You can select this option at checkout. Please make sure to wait until you have received an email confirming your order is ready to collect before you come along. We will always let you know when your things are ready.
Our collection address is Unit 60, Mackley Industrial Estate, Henfield Road, Small Dole, BN5 9XR. We have multiple units in Mackley Industrial Estate, so please make sure you park up at Unit 60 for your collection, as this is where your order will be stored. Our opening hours for collection are Monday to Friday, 7am – 4pm. Please note that our production team takes a lunch break between 12:30pm and 1pm, so where possible we'd recommend avoiding arriving during this time. We are closed Saturday and Sunday.
