However, if your enquiry relates to a quote, order, delivery, or an existing issue, we recommend contacting our Customer Experience Team directly, as they’re best placed to help. They work closely with our production and warehouse teams and are able to provide the most accurate and up-to-date information.
Our social media accounts are managed by our Marketing team. While they do have access to order details and customer accounts, they are not directly involved in day-to-day warehouse or delivery operations. As a result, responses to order-related queries may take longer, or require them to liaise with the Customer Experience team before providing a full answer.

If you’re contacting us about social media, marketing, or collaboration enquiries, you’re welcome to message our Marketing team on Instagram or Facebook. Messages are monitored Monday to Friday, 8am–5pm (excluding bank holidays). Please note that response times may occasionally be longer during periods of annual leave.
