If you have sent us an email and we haven't replied to you yet, then we may not have gotten to your query yet. Our Customer Experience team are in the office Monday to Friday between 9am and 5pm. We are currently responding to queries in the order that they are sent, and prioritising urgent communications such as order amendments (like order changes prior to cutting) and order issues such as damages. As such we ask that you have patience with us as we aim to respond to you as soon as we are available to do so.
