We respond to emails in the order they are received. However, urgent queries — such as order amendments (for example, changes needed before cutting) and order issues like damages — may be prioritised to avoid delays or further issues.
If you’re waiting for a reply, please be assured that your message is in our queue, and we’ll respond as soon as we’re able. Sending multiple messages about the same query may delay our response time, as it moves your enquiry to the back of the queue.
