Can I track the status of my order?

You can easily track the status of your order from processing to shipped in the 'My Orders' section of your account area.

For Customers with a Cut My Account:

1. Log In: Access your account

2. Go to "My Orders": Find this in your account area. 

3. View Order Status: Click "View Order" for the order you want to track. The status will be displayed next to "Order Status." 

For Customers who Checked out as a Guest:

Even without an account, you'll receive updates on your order. 

You will receive an email:

  • Order Confirmation: You'll get an email when you place your order.
  • Shipping Update: We'll email you when your order is shipped.
  • Courier Tracking: Our courier will send you tracking information via email. Check your spam/junk folder if you don't see it.

Tracking Information:

Tracking details will be sent to you by the courier via email once your order is shipped. The information will vary depending on the courier and the size of your order.
