Refunds

All our items are made to order, so we cannot guarantee a refund will be possible. However, if your order was damaged, cut incorrectly, or not received, we will do our best to process a refund or replacement as soon as possible.

In order to process a refund, we will need you to provide photographic evidence of the damage or incorrect measurements by emailing us using  contact form. If you have multiple items in your order, then please also provide us with the item in which you are referring to (by giving us details of the material and its measurements) so that we can process the correct refund as quickly as possible. 

If your item is damaged: Please send us a photo of the damage.
If your order is incorrectly sized: Please send us a photo of the items you have ordered against a tape measure along with the details of the order as to what the measurements should be.

Without these we cannot issue a replacement or a refund.

Any refunds to you will be using the same means of payment used to pay for your order, including purchases made via PayPal.

Recently Placed Your Order?

If you recently placed your order and want to change your measurements or would like a cancellation and refund, please put your order on hold as soon as possible before it is processed. You can do this by logging in and clicking "Amend/Cancel" in the order details section. Orders on hold are checked every 24 hours and prioritised.

We cannot process a refund for this occasion if your order has already started the cutting stage.
