What to Do if Your Order is Incorrect

We understand how important accuracy is, and we want to assure you that it's rare for us to send out an order with incorrect measurements or the wrong material. However, if this does happen, we're here to help.


To resolve the issue quickly, please follow these steps:

  1. Take Photos:

    • Measurement Evidence: Take photos of the incorrect items placed against a steel tape measure to clearly show the measurements.
    • Material Evidence: Take photos of the items to show that the material is incorrect.
  2. Contact Us:

    • Email the photos to info@cutmy.co.uk along with your order number and details of which part of your order is incorrect.

We will review the evidence and contact you to arrange a replacement or refund of the correct items.


Please note: Without photo evidence, we cannot issue a refund or replacement.
