If we've sent you an incorrect item, we will replace it free of charge, provided the issue is reported within 365 days of delivery and hasn't been installed or modified.
To resolve the issue quickly, please follow these steps:
1. Take Photos:
- Measurement Evidence: Take photos of the incorrect items placed against a steel tape measure to clearly show the measurements.
- Material Evidence: Take photos of the items to show that the material is incorrect.
2. Contact Us:
- Email the photos to us using the contact form on our Contact Us page along with your order number and details of which part of your order is incorrect. You can specify the query type as "Incorrect Size or Items" which will move your email to our urgent priority list. We will review the evidence and contact you to arrange a replacement of the correct items.
Please note: Without photo evidence, we cannot issue a replacement.
