We strive to ensure all orders are of the highest quality, but if your order arrives damaged, here's what you can do:
At Delivery:
If you notice the damage when the order is delivered, sign for it as DAMAGED and hand it back to the courier. Once we receive the item back, we will inspect it and then contact you to arrange a replacement or refund.
After Unpacking:
If you discover the damage after unpacking, please follow these steps to help us resolve the issue quickly:
- Take Photos: Provide clear photos of the damaged items.
- Contact Us: Send the photos to us using our email web form as soon as possible. If you have multiple items in your order, include details such as the material and measurements of the damaged items. By selecting "Damaged Items" as your query type, your email will be moved to our urgent priority list.
Please note: Without photographic evidence, we cannot process a replacement or a refund.
Notice must be given within 14 days of of the date of delivery to you, or your collection from us. Please note that due to the nature of goods we provide, all other products, unless faulty or incorrect, will not be cancelled or refunded as per clause 8.10 in our terms and conditions.
We are happy to offer either a replacement or a refund for orders that arrive damaged. Please let us know your preference when you email us so we can process it as quickly as possible.
During busy periods, we may take longer to response, but rest assured we will always get back to you and adhere to our returns and recut policies to ensure a satisfactory resolution for you.
