You can easily track the status of your order from processing through to dispatch in the ‘My Orders’ section of your account. We’ll also keep you updated by email as your order progresses.
For Customers with a Cut My Account:
1. Log In: Access your account
2. Go to "My Orders": Find this in your account area.

3. View Order Status: Click "View Order" for the order you want to track. The status will be displayed next to "Order Status."
For Customers who Checked out as a Guest:
Even without an account, you’ll receive updates by email:
- Order confirmation – sent when you place your order
- Dispatch notification – sent when your order leaves us
- Courier tracking details – sent by the courier once your order is on the way
Please check your spam/junk folder if you haven’t received these emails.
Please note: tracking information is only available once your order has been dispatched.
Tracking Information:
Tracking details will be sent to you by the courier via email once your order has been dispatched. The information will vary depending on the courier and the size of your order.
Order Status Meanings
When tracking your order, you may see the following statuses:
Processing: Your order has been received and is being prepared for production. We’re reviewing the details and getting everything ready to go.
In Progress: Your order is now in production and has been assigned to our machinery for cutting and any further work.
Ready to Pack: Your items have been completed and are waiting to be carefully packed.
Ready to Dispatch: Your order has been packed and is awaiting collection by a courier.
Complete: Your order has been collected by the courier and is on its way to you (or may already have been delivered).
On Hold: Your order has been temporarily paused. This could be because you’ve requested changes, or because we need additional information from you before production can continue.
Closed (Cancelled): Your order has been cancelled and will not be processed any further.
