We aim to get your order to you as quickly as possible. Below are key details about our delivery process:

  • Courier Service: Our couriers typically offer same-day or next business day service, so most orders will arrive the next working day after dispatch.
  • Estimated Delivery at Checkout: The estimated delivery time is shown at checkout and varies based on the items in your order.

Factors Affecting Delivery

  • Location & Shipping Method: Delivery times can vary depending on your location and the shipping option you choose.
  • Unforeseen Circumstances: External factors such as weather conditions may also affect delivery times.

Estimated Delivery Dates

  • Product Pages: The delivery date shown on the product page is an estimate and may change. We strongly recommend waiting until your order is delivered and inspected before scheduling any tradespeople. We cannot be held liable for any costs associated with delays impacting tradesperson appointments.  

What to Do if Your Delivery is Delayed

  • Check your order status: If your order is late, you can check its status by logging into your account and viewing your order history. This will show you where your order is in the production process. Once your order is dispatched, you can track the delivery using the information provided by the assigned courier.   • Contact us: If you can't find any status updates, need additional information or the estimated delivery date has passed, please contact us using our email web form and we will assist you promptly. Make sure to include your order number and set the query type to "Delivery Date Enquiry". We also advise you avoid sending multiple emails, as this can reset your place in the queue and delay our response. 
  • Notification of Delays: We will inform you if there is a delay with your delivery.
