How will I know if my order has been dispatched?
Right after you place your order, you will receive a confirmation email. This confirms that we have successfully received and are processing your order.
When your order leaves our warehouse, we will send you another email. This dispatch notification will include your invoice and, whenever possible, the courier’s tracking details. This way, you can easily track the delivery status of your order.
The courier will also contact you separately with details of the delivery date, and sometimes a time frame.
