Right after you place your order, you will receive a confirmation email. This confirms that we have successfully received and are processing your order.
You can check the status of your order by logging into your account and viewing your order history. This will show you where your order is in the production process. For more detailed instructions, please see our article on checking the status of your order.
When your order leaves our warehouse, we will send you another email. This dispatch notification will include your invoice and, whenever possible, the courier’s tracking details. This way, you can easily track the delivery status of your order.
The courier will also contact you separately with details of the delivery date, and sometimes a time frame.
