Can I track my order?

You can track the status of your order from processing to shipped in the 'My Orders' section of your account area.

You can view the status of your order by logging into your account and viewing your orders.

If you have created an account with us:

Step 1 - Go to "My Orders".

Step 2 - Click "View Order" on the order you want to track.

Step 3 - The status of your order will be shown next to "Order Status

If you checked out as a guest:

You will still receive information on the status of your order. We will send you an email with your order confirmation when you place your order, and another when your order has been shipped. You will then receive emails from one of our courier services with tracking information on. Please check your spam/junk mail if you suspect you haven't received your couriers tracking emails.

Tracking your delivery depends on the size of your order and which courier has been used. You will receive an email with tracking details once your order has shipped.
