Please double-check your delivery address before placing your order. If, after ordering you notice any mistakes, put your order on hold immediately to prevent it from going into production. You can easily put your order on hold by going to your order details in the My Account area and clicking the "Amend/Cancel" button. Once your order is on hold, our Customer Experience team will contact you to learn more details about the changes you need to make. Hold orders are checked every 24 hours Monday to Friday.
If you don’t see the button to Amend/Cancel, your order is already in production. This means that you can no longer put it on hold. If this happens, contact us as soon as possible, and we'll do our best to update the delivery address before the order is dispatched.
