Amending or Cancelling Your Order

Because of the custom nature of our items, it’s very important to double-check all details before finalising and placing your order. Please make sure to ensure all specifications, quantities, and details are accurate before checking out. If you need help or have questions before placing your order, our Customer Experience team is here to assist you.

We understand that sometimes things change and you may need to cancel or change your order. We want to make this process as easy as possible for you. In the event that you do need to amend or cancel your order, you can do this before it goes into production by putting your order on hold

  • Log In/Create an Account: Access your account.
  • Go to "My Orders": Find this section in your account area.
  • Select Your Order: Click "View Order."
  • Amend or Cancel: Choose the "Amend/Cancel" option. This will put your order on hold.

Your order will be put on hold and our Customer Experience team will be in touch shortly to confirm your cancellation or amendments. We will only accommodate amendment requests if you have put your order on hold prior to it going into production.

Important Note: Once your order is on hold, you won’t be able to remove it from hold yourself. Our Customer Experience team will need to do this for you. Orders on hold are checked and prioritised every 24 hours (Monday to Friday).

No Changes After Production Starts:

It's important to note that you can only cancel your or amend your order before or during the processing stage. Once your order has entered production, we are unable refund your order, or accommodate amendments or cancellations. This is because our products are customised and made to order, specifically for you.
