Can I amend, add to or cancel my order?

We understand that sometimes things change and you may need to cancel an order. We want to make this process as easy as possible for you. 

If your order has not gone through to production yet, then you can cancel the order by going to the orders section in your account, clicking on the relevant order and selecting the "Amend/Cancel" option. This option will put your order on hold, and our Customer Experience team will be in touch shortly to confirm your cancellation or amendments.

Please review your order carefully before placing it. We encourage all customers to double-check their orders before submitting them to ensure accuracy.

It's important to note that you can only cancel your order before or during the processing stage. Once your order has entered production, we are unable to accommodate cancellations or issue refunds. This is because our products are customised and made to order, specifically for you.
